Did you know that you (I mean YOU) can help reduce your chances of developing cancer in your body by what you eat? There is research that shows exactly which foods help reduce your risk of various cancers. Really. This isn't California hippie granola crap. This is serious science handing you the answers from your grocery store. You decide ... broccoli or chemo. You can ask my parents ... I hate broccoli, but you bet your ass I eat it now. Plus there are some yummy things on the list like dark chocolate and gouda cheese!
Please help spread the word. Add Eat to Defeat to your Facebook page.
Also, if you want more info about foods and other lifestyle changes that can impact your chances of cancer, I can't recommend the book "Anticancer" enough (author: David Servan-Schreiber).
